Roie Galitz is one of the world's leading wildlife photographers and an ambassador of the World Greenpeace Organization.

He takes photos of endangered animals in the world's wildest locations, from the North Pole to Antarctica. Roie's photos have won many international awards and have gained extensive media coverage in Israel and abroad, on the BBC and in the National Geographic, among other venues. Roie is also a leading entrepreneur in the field of photography in Israel – founder of the Galitz School of Photography, of the Phototeva world photography tour company and of the annual Israeli Photography Convention. In the past year, he was voted one of the "40 Most Promising Young People" of TheMarker Magazine and gave lectures at TEDx events in Ireland, Scotland and Finland to raise awareness of important environmental issues.
